Monica has worked as a CEO, Director and management consultant in the UK and internationally across government, charity and business sectors. She now runs The Britain Project, a non-partisan, political collaboration and communications group established to pull politics back to the middle and counteract the forces of populism.
Monica stood in the 2019 General Election as the Liberal Democrat parliamentary candidate in Esher and Walton and achieved an 18.5% swing against the incumbent Foreign Secretary – the largest swing in the country. She sits on the Board of Princess Alice Hospice, is a school Governor and has held several trustee positions with international charities.
