For our 6th event in our series of In Conversation events over Zoom we will be joined by Abena Oppong-Asare, the Member of Parliament for Erith and Thamesmead.

Abena was elected at the December 2019 General Election and since then has served as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Shadow Secretary of State for the Environment and is currently the Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Shadow Chancellor. 

The main theme of the session will be Education, with detail on the Summer Schools campaign, Black Lives Matter and our school curriculum. We will also cover Early Careers in the post-Covid employment market. There will be plenty of time for Q&A at the end of the session.
