The book was selected among the Financial Times Business Books for February 2022.

The discussion will explore how businesses can thrive in this evolving environment while making important contributions to the continued development of our political economy.

    Sam Tyfield

    Partner and corporate M&A lawyer at Shoosmiths, Sam has significant experience in the financial services sector and in financial services regulation having assisted the EU legislature in drafting financial services rules and regulations. Sam has also been Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of a high frequency trading firm.
